Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want customers to be confident when purchasing from Sammy’s Speedquizzes.

Before downloading

Contact us promptly if you bought the wrong product or made a duplicate purchase. Where fulfilment has not begun, we will review cancellation requests fairly.

After digital delivery

Because digital content can be supplied immediately, cancellation rights may be affected once download or access begins after the customer’s express consent. This does not affect legal rights where content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied.

Problems with a purchase

Email quizpacks@sammysspeedquizzes.co.uk with the order number and a description of the problem. Software support enquiries should go to support@sammysspeedquizzes.co.uk.
